A popular walk begins by heading out of Sedbergh to Birks and Abbot Holme, then tracing the River Dee to Rash Bridge, from where a brief climb over the Frostrow Fells treats you to charming views down to Sedburgh.In 2013 Yorkshire Dales Brewing Co released a limited-edition winter brew named Frostrow Fell. A pale golden session ale, it is brewed with Maris Otter Malt and is described as having citrus overtones thanks to being bittered with North Down and a wealth of cascade hops.
